- Can I try Charterly before paying?
- Yes! Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For Fleet plans, we can also arrange invoicing.
- Can I change plans later?
- Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.
- Do you take a cut of my bookings?
- No. Charterly never takes a percentage of your bookings. You only pay the flat monthly fee and standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30¢) on payments you collect.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything at any time.
